By accessing or utilizing software, websites, or products created and published by Kevrolix Technologies ("Kevrolix", "we", "us", or "our"), including Phone Anti Snatcher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Software Usage & License
Kevrolix Technologies grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our consumer software products on compatible personal devices in accordance with applicable store licenses and guidelines.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our compiled binaries except where permitted by applicable law.
- You agree not to use our products for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or unauthorized access to computing devices.
3. Privacy & Device Hardware Triggers
Our applications, including Phone Anti Snatcher, operate with an on-device architecture. Sensor metrics (such as accelerometer motion vectors) and display overlay controls execute locally on your hardware. We do not transmit or harvest your telemetry.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our software and digital services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we design our software with rigorous engineering standards, Kevrolix Technologies does not warrant that physical theft or unauthorized viewing will be completely prevented under all conceivable circumstances.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevrolix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software or digital products.
